I originally went to this company several years ago because Safelite could not get the windshield order correct after 4 tries. They were great, timely, and courteous. This time I was told I had to have a new windshield because the star was too close to the frame. I scheduled the replacement for Friday afternoon which was the soonest I could get the repair. On Thursday, I received a call stating the appointment was rescheduled for Monday at 1pm due to a supply shipment. During the weekend I received 3 text messages stating my appointment was Monday at 8am. When I went in, the tech said "Your appointment is for 1pm" I showed him the texts and he said I needed to contact the main office. (NO CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM HIM). I called the LR office and was told someone would call me, they hung up without further comment. At 10 am I relieved another text stating my appointment was at 8 am. At 12:45 I arrived for the replacement. Shop locked tight, no sign indicating when someone would return. Waited til 1:05 and called LR again. Was told I needed to wait 15-20 minutes in the 100+ heat. Asked to talk to a supervisor. Was told "I am the supervisor " asked for her supervisor and

My mom was quoted $1,300+ in our town for her windshield replacement on her 2013 GMC Sierra. I went online and came across Auto Glass Now and did their free quote in just 5 minutes and the price came back at $303. This surprised me so I called them and they confirmed that the price was correct. We schedule the appointment for the next day and we were in and out in less than 2 hours. My mom's windshield looks amazing and the gentleman that we spoke to was kind and professional. We will recommend them to anyone and it was WELL WORTH the drive from Arkadephia to Hot Springs.

I showed up at the auto glass repair shop without an appointment and was lucky enough to only have to wait 5 minutes at the most before being seen. The gentleman at the shop was nice and professional. He answered all my questions and gave me further details should the chip in my window open up to a crack somewhere down the road. The chip he repaired is now only barely visible which he said it would be before doing the repair. Everything from arriving at the shop to leaving after paying was done in a timely manner. I will return to this shop if the need arises.

We have had multiple vehicle windshields repaired by the technician at the Hot Springs location, and he has always done a great job. Very friendly and a great asset to the company. Windshield and back glass replacement was done quickly and the job quality was evident. The price point has always been very competitive. We had brought a new rear view mirror and he took it and installed it for us as well as all new wiper blades. Will be back!

Glass repair shop recommended by my insurance. The installers appear to have done a great job on installation and finished in approximately 45 minutes. The after installation care was atrocious. I had removed all personal items from back on extended cab truck so staff could easily access window and clean out broken glass. After repairs I was told I would want to vacuum truck, there might still be glass in truck. I noticed a shop vac in the repair bay, thinking they had cleaned broken glass. I took truck to car wash and vacuumed FOR 40 MINUTES. There were copious amounts of glass fragments remaining. When vacuuming, it sounded like an old slot machine with coins falling because there was so much glass remaining, including a piece the size of my palm. This company may do great installation but the remainder of their service is sorely lacking. I personally would not recommend this location.
